The goal of the Fairfax Community Library Early Literacy Project is to create young readers through early literacy materials and activities. The project also aims to support all families with preschool aged children by offering early literacy materials, themed activities, and suggested educational strategies to support learning.
​In addition, elementary aged children at the BFA Fairfax Elementary School regularly receive free books through this project.
Funding and support for this project is provided by caring contributions from the local non-profit, A Generous Heart.
